Birds of Prey Program by David Haggard
David Haggard has worked at Reelfoot Lake State park since 1986. He started as the naturalist assigned to Reelfoot Lake and in 2006 moved up to a regional naturalist position for west TN. He is an avid nature photographer and outdoorsman. David is from north Knoxville and has worked at parks and natural areas across the state. David will be bringing a variety of non-releasable birds of prey to discuss the ecology and beauty of these birds. The birds will be set up for up close photo opportunities. This program will also share the beauty and history of Reelfoot Lake and discuss the photographic opportunities found not only at Reelfoot Lake but across the state.
The LeConte Photographic Society will host this photographic program on Saturday, November 19th at 10:00 a.m. at the King Library in Sevierville.
Please join us for this very interesting and informative program which is free and open to the public. This program is not a library sponsored event. For more information about our photography club, please visit: www.lecontephotographic.com
