WESTERN PARKS AND OTHER MARVELOUS PLACES by Roger Trentham – March 24, 2018, 10:00 a.m

Join Roger Trentham Saturday, March 24, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at the King Library, Sevierville

as he leads you from the rugged Rocky Mountains of Canada to the arid deserts of Arizona and many places in-between.

Roger will not only present these beautiful places but give you advise on when to visit them, how to prepare for your visit and show you many well known and not-so-well known places from the mountaintops to the desert floor. During this FREE program we will explore Jasper and Banff National Parks in Canada through Theodore Roosevelt, Badlands, Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks traveling South to Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Zion National Parks with many little known places in-between. Most people have never heard of Bull River, Canada, Valley of Fire, Nevada or Goblin Valley, Utah but these are some of the less well known areas that are just as magnificent as any national park.

Roger’s program, as always, will be casual and open to audience questions and answers.
