Summer at Abrams Falls, Great Smoky Mountains National Park
This Black and White of the main flow of the falls was done with a slower shutter speed to capture the overall flow of the falls. This has the effect of averaging the flow of water, enabling you to see falls in a way you can't with the naked eye. Shooting the falls in black and white enables one to more easily study the relationship between the water and the rock.
