With pure lyrics and simple melodies, Troy Suggs’ music reminds
listeners of the broken, lonely times we all share searching for honest
love in a world plainly concerned with immediately and inconsequential
gratification. His songs offer a glimpse into lifetimes spent trying to
climb out of the dark places of hopeless emotion, and the freedom that
can only result when one soul truly cherishes another.
Although new to the industry, Suggs is in no way new to music. With over
20 years of developing his songwriting skills, Suggs now stands ready to
unveil his catalogue of mournful and expressive songs. His austere Americana
sound references influences from many music genres, but is most notably
reminiscent of classic Country Music artists of the 1960s & ‘70s.
